Classic Meat Loaf Pig Out Style
•1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
•3/4 cup uncooked quick oats
•1/2 - 3/4 cup Pig Out BBQ sauce
•3/4 cup finely chopped onion
•1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
•1 egg or 2 egg whites slightly beaten
•1 1/2 tsp. Pig Out seasoning
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients, except ground beef, in a large mixing bowl.
2.Mix well. Add ground beef and mix together thoroughly.
3.Press into an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Bake 55-60 minutes or until meat loaf is 160 degrees and no longer is pink in center.
4.Let stand 5 minutes - drain any juice off before slicing. Makes 8 servings.
